Since i recently bought a new camera, I´ve been taking a lot of pictures of my little girl...

 Also a few with my Iphone, here are boath of my darlings!

 Me at dinner with Niklas and my dad after working my first day at the Burberry store, is was very exhiting! The dress is new, I will have to show you better pictures of it soon:)

 I´ve also been doing some embroidery...

 And taken more pictures of the cat, here she is sleeping, so cute!

 On a walk I had an encounter with a very angry bird.

The cat also has developed a taste for coffee, not sure how good it is for cat´s? But I only let her have a sip!

LIGHTLY HERE

I´m so excited to show you some of my artwork! Even though I enjoy making outfit post and sharing my modeling pictures with you, it  feels good to show you other sides of myself and what I actually do in my everyday life. These four pieces of wearable art are created in the loom, weaving with synthetic hair and flax, later adding pearls.

Close-Up

Since I´m a bit too busy in school at the moment I haven´t got much new things to show you or tell you about. But I don´t think I have uploaded these before? And also, I got a new job for the summer. It´s at the Burberry store here in Stockholm! Really looking forward to that:)

Broach giveaway winner!

It´s time to announce the lucky winner of the pretty custom made broach. It was really hard to pick a winner since you all had such lovely photos of your little darlings! But, after thinking long and hard about it, I and Sara decided that one lady stood out extra with her personal motivation! Little vintage lover fair!

I spent my Saturday at the event little vintage lover fair here in Stockholm. I was selling some of my hand-made accessories together with Karlina from Orkan Lia and Christine and her brand Divine Decadece Darling. Of course, I brought along my camera!

 The lovely lady Fanny Kellerman stopped by! 

 I forgot to take any picture of our little booth, but I did get this one of Karolina looking a bit troubled but cute as a button in her new umbrella dress and a little hat made by Christina.

 A made a new friend! Hannah, who, just like myself, loves cats and hats. She was wearing the most amazing hat, one of her own creations. Hannah is soon moving her hat-business to the design collective Poplin. 

 I fell completely in love with this green turban. 

 In the large room there were music and dancing!

All in all, it was a very good day!

iPhone

Last week I got an iPhone! So I can now take cool pictures and add cool effects! 

The pictures above are from last wednesday when I went to a casting.

 Let me show you what I found I´m my mailbox the other day. A package with the cutest little box in it...

...once I opened the box a little kitten greeted me. The kitten rested comfortably on a bed of lace. 

 Under the lace wrapping I found the most beautiful brooch with a pitcure of my own darling cat!

 The talented woman behind this masterpiece is Sara from the blog Snövits äpple. She makes wonderful jewelry with lots of personality and love behind it.

Do you have any favorite picture?

Pale as a Ghost

My dear readers thank you so much for your sweet comments on my last post! Since I put a lot of time and energy into planning each  photoshoot I do, it really means the world to me to see that others like it!

I do however look a lot less glamorous in my everyday look. Right now we are at the very peak of pollen season here in Stockholm, and as soon as I step foot outside the door my eyes start to tear up and my nose start to run. In other words, there really is no point in taking the time to apply much make-up. So, this is me looking pale as a ghost in Dior lipstick “Violet Tattoo” and a light foundation.

Amanda also challanged me to answer 11 questions. So, here we go again:)

1.    Which one of your dresses is the best one? 

If I can only choose one, I will have to go with this one. I love the collar and the print. Even though I have more elegant dresses in my closet I think this one has the most personality!

It´s really very odd, in a very good way!

 2. What do you prefer, vintage or new?

Vintage! The clothes from past times are usually better made and also tend to fit my body better. 

3. Favorite scent? 

I love the smell of rain. And when it comes to perfume I wear chanel no 5 when I want to make an impression. But only a little, I get a headache from strong perfumes.

4. If you decided to get a dog, what kind of dog would it be and what would you name it?

It would be a borzoi. And I would call her Lily Elise.

 5. What picture of yourself do you consider the best one and why?

I really like this picture. It was taken by Inigo Taylor last summer. It is not at all the most flattering picture of me. But I think it´s really honest and express something. Not sure what but to me, it has a very genuine feeling to it.

6. Do you believe in ghosts? Motivate! 

I do believe in ghosts, but I´m not sure I like the word ghost. As a child I was terribly afraid of ghosts and spirits and I am still afraid of the dark. I lost a person very close to me 9 years ago, my older brother. At times, I can still feel his presence, and for that reason, I have to believe in a life after death.

7. What is the best color?  Why is it your favorite?

It really depends on my mood. But I tend to wear a lot of blue. It goes well together with strawberry hair, red lips and pale skin.  


8. What kind of jewelry do you like the best, brooch, earrings, bracelet, necklace or ring? 

I adore brooches!

9. What would you wear if you were going to the Nobel Prize banquet? 
I honestly have no idea. But I would love to wear something from Ulyana Sergeenko…

10. Is there something that you are really good at? 

I´m really good listening and making people feel comfortable. I also think that I am good at paying attentions to small details that other often may fail to notice.

11. What thoughts go through your mind at the moment?

Fear, love, purpose in life, strange dreams at nights, exiting plans and the feeling of not being able to express the things I want in my art, all in one big mess! (Not as depressing at it sounds, my mind always tend to be quite unstructured. Over all, I’m happy, very much in love and celebrated 3 years with the love of my life today.)
